"The areas was really good where it's located really close of Poissy train station. Very nice staff and clean property. The breakfast was just an okay for me, nothing crazy."

My room was not cleaned fo 5 days and when I asked for some toilet papers (as I ran out) they just changed the sheet but did not clean the bathroom, did not empty any trash and just removed the towels (without putting new ones) and of course I was still out of toilet paper. When I complained to the manager her answer was it is not my fault, I did ask the cleaning lady to do it. Another night there was a party in the room below blasting music at 2:00 am. I had to call the manager multiple times to ask him to get them to stop (most of time they do not pick up the phone). It stopped only to restart at 6:00 am. I only book there because it was close to the hospital where my sister was but it was a big mistake. Avoid at all costs"
