"Only stayed one night in a 3-person room. That style of room is sort of a 2-room setup (one big room divided by a wall that you walk around on one side). The far side of the wall (the sleeping area) does not have a dedicated A/C and required fans to stay cool. But the staff was very helpful in working that out. Free parking on site is always a HUGE added bonus with any location in Europe. Breakfast was included with our reservation and was just OK (I don’t think I would have paid for it had it...

"Bella zona, tranquilla e collegata bene"

"we enjoyed staying in the area and had a wonderful experience at the Ferrari Museum the next morning! Thank you!"

"Unique, quirky, ancient building. Excellent restaurant (not open in August). Comfortable and relaxing. The only improvement one could wish for is a kettle in the room and minimal tea/coffee amenities, but that's not typical of traditional Italian hotels. In any case, the continental buffet is great and included in the rate."

"Extremely charming and genuine place. Great restaurant and chill vibe. Authentic and robust. Romantic."

"周りに何も無い草原の田舎に在るアパートホテル 管理人のおばさんは親切だった｡ 小蝿が気になったが問題になる程でも無い｡ キッチンも申し分無し"

"I would give them 5/5 with the only reason being was that the A/C didn’t work. Room stayed hot despite multiple requests to have the issue addressed. Super convenient to the Ferrari museum but not really anything else. Hands down the best breakfast in the entire hotel world! Bed was comfortable, shower was clean, property is safe and easy parking which is rare in Italy."

"It was a very quaint and lovely place, staff were extremely helpful. The attached restaurant was convenient and good."

"Camera pulita. Personale disponibile e cordiale. Colazione ottima. Posizione strategica. Lo consiglio."

"Very disappointing – nowhere near four-star standards I was thoroughly unimpressed with my stay at the Best Western Modena Resort. For a hotel claiming to be four-star, the experience was frankly dreadful. The biggest issue was the unbearable room temperature. Despite outdoor temperatures reaching 22°C, the heating was blasting away, making the room incredibly uncomfortable. When I asked for the air conditioning to be switched on, I was simply told, “At this time of year, sir, we don’t put the...

"soggiorno piacevole"

"Our stay was a little disappointing. The exterior of the property needs maintenance, with a deteriorated facade and overgrown areas. Upon arrival, there were strong unpleasant odors on the lower level, and seeing piles of bed linens in common areas was not a good first impression. The room itself was acceptable. The sheets were clean, and the air conditioning worked very well. The best part of our stay was definitely the breakfast area: it was pleasant and clean, the bathroom was very well...

"Camera pulita , personale gentile, ristorante ottimo ! "
