"Good on site parking, friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast, walkable to historic centre of Palermo."

"Soggiorno di 4 notti, dal 13 al 17 settembre. Arrivo.

~ Ingen engelsksprogede tv kanaler. Plus: ~ Aircondition var rigtig effektiv og god. ~ Hotellet havde en flot...

"Overall this was a good budget friendly option. For the price it was cery clean and the staff wre very friendly. I would clarify that the breakfast was only on the first day and only a bag of cookies and a smashed muffin. And while it is close to some areas of interest, i would make sure to get a few bus tickets if you want to venture further than the Norman palace or Palermo Cathedral. "

"Beautiful rooftop breakfast area. Staff was very accommodating. View of the city was great. Nice breakfast."

"Great place to stay. We had a wonderful time. Close to everything in the city"

"Rooms and bathroom are huge. I was not expecting a room that big. The room and the towels smell delicious, and the breakfast is basic but good. Location is more than great, just a few block from a train station, and next to the a couple of main attractions. Quiet area and rooms considering is also a place where young students live."

"Very comfortable stay and perfect location"

"A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Palermo – Absolutely Wonderful! What a fabulous find! Palazzo Sant’Agostino is one of those wonderful hotels that takes you completely by surprise. From a fairly unremarkable street, you step through the doors into an absolutely beautiful, charming hotel. A real hidden gem! We were welcomed by the lovely Fanny, who couldn’t have been warmer or friendlier. Check-in was effortless, and we immediately felt at home. We stayed in the Panoramic Room as a family of four,...

"Fantastic location, great staff, and great room. Breakfast was the only thing that could have improved in every area fruit, salads, breads - made to order eggs were an additional cost which is not normal when you pay 400 Euros per night."

"Lovely staff good location. There was a private patio outside our room and our room had all glass wall and cleaners would sit outside in the morning which was very uncomfortable. Lacked privacy. Apart from that all was good."

"There was nothing to fault. We were more than satisfied. Breakfast was abundant. Parking was a bonus. Thank you San Paolo Palace Hotel"
