We spent two nights at this location. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We down graded for location and parking. The parking was limited and very tight. The location is across from a mall off a one way street requiring a u-turn to turn into the hotel. Our stay was very pleasant.

Good location with excellent shopping centre across the road. 5mins drive to Old Fisherman's warf and slightly longer to Canary Row. Accommodation adequate for our 2 night stay. Room was not made up between nights which some may not like. Reception staff friendly and very accommodating at supplying additional cups and coffee when asked.

We enjoyed Aura Inn very much. The room was clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The hotel is well-maintained and has a safe and secure environment. I highly recommend !

We felt we got more than what we paid for. Place was clean and spacious (we got the junior suite). Parking was never an issue. Staff was helpful when needed. Rooms appeared to be sound proof. AC was great. Nice bathroom. Would definitely come back!

The hotel is located in a strategic area, close to Monterey and Carmel-by-the-sea without facing all traffic in these areas. The place was clean and well maintained. Staff was super kind and attentive.
