Mori's Beautiful Sea front Apartment - With A/C
Mori is a beautiful first floor apartment on the sea front with A/C. There are 6 steps up to the property from street level and it is a 5 minute walk from the train station.
The apartment has been newly renovated and refurbished by a local architect and it is very bright, modern and stylish and perfect for four people.
There is an open space lounge/dining area at the front of the property with an open plan kitchen at the back which leads on to a small outdoor utility area tucked into the rock face. The living area opens on to a large balcony over-looking the seafront. There is an outdoor table and chairs for relaxing, reading, having a drink or you can just enjoying the beautiful view of the Cinqueterre coastline.
There are a total of 2 bedrooms, both with air conditioning and double glazing, providing comfortable sleeping for up to 4 people.
In the lounge there is an L-shaped sofa, ideal for relaxing or watching the Smart TV where you can use either the ceiling fan, A/C or the sea breeze to keep cool.
The lounge and the master bedroom have a very large window overlooking the sea front, the beach and the coastline. The master bedroom has plenty of light and storage and in this bedroom there is a king size bed. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, that can be joined together to create a double bed. This second bedroom does not have a sea view or mountain view but it has A/C and double glazing and is extremely quiet and comfortable. The modern bathroom has been designed to optimize the space, with a walk in shower, sink and toilet.
The kitchen is clean, modern and well equipped with everything you need to cook at home. It has an induction cooker, oven, fridge and dishwasher.
The interior space of the whole apartment is a pleasant mix of new furnishings and original art with a nautical feel.
Everything Monterosso and the Cinqueterre have to offer is close by: free and private beaches (literally across the street), a vast choice of restaurants and wine bars and a small super market.
The cleaning fee includes 60 euros for linen.. City Tax: € 3,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 3 nights
