The rooms were super dirty. There was hairs on the beds, the linen was old, and the floors were dirty too. The restrooms smelled like urine and you could tell the staff that cleans only the surface but doesn’t smell clean

The area is top notch. The fundidora park is across the street and it's a beautiful spot to walk. There are a lot of options to eat and drink. Surprisingly there are no pharmacies nearby. The hotel looks nice but it si a bit outdated in the inside. The shower handle in the room was broken and the staff didn't seem to clean too meticulously. The staff was very nice overall but I would rate this hotel as average. The location is ideal if you want to be near fundidora park

En general el estilo del hotel y el diseño de las habitaciones y del lobby me gustaron. El personal fue muy amable durante el check-in y fue muy rápido. Sin embargo al llegar a la habitación la limpieza dejó mucho que desear especialmente en el baño. La regadera parecía tener algo de moho en las paredes y en el cancel; y además la tubería parece estar tapada ya que el agua de la regadera no se estaba yendo. El champú y la crema que me dejaron solo tenía la mitad del bote lleno. La tapa del inodoro parecía estar manchada de algo como aceitoso. En el asiento del inodoro me encontré un par de cabellos púbicos. En la cama también me encontré un par de cabellos entre las sabanas. La parte del piso donde se encontraba el sillón está completamente raspado y desgastado. Alguna de las manijas de las puertas estaban despintadas y raspadas. Creo que en general le faltaba mucho mantenimiento a la habitación

Realmente lo que favorece el hotel es su excelente ubicación. Hubo mucho ruido durante la noche, como de limpieza o reparación y no atendieron mi queja, además el recepcionista tenía el teléfono descolgado tuve que bajar hasta la recepción y aún así el ruido siguió toda la noche. Pésima estancia lamentablemente.
