Room was clean, the window was covered at night there was noise on the street. Secured parking. Breakfast was good, lots of pastries, cold cuts, fruit, yogurt all kinds of coffee. Staff very friendly. Very good location

We had a wonderful stay at Balfer’s Hotel. The staff were all so kind and provided us with exceptional service during our 7 day stay. The rooms were clean as well as all the common areas. The breakfast every morning was fresh and delicious. We are so happy and we will definitely be back.

Mi experiencia no fue la mejor. Me sorprendió que el estacionamiento se cobrara por separado, ya que no quedaba claro al hacer la reserva. Además, la habitación se veía bastante desgastada y necesitaba mantenimiento. Espero que puedan mejorar estos aspectos, porque hacen una diferencia importante en la experiencia del huésped.

Bom custo-benefício, mas com falhas no serviço de quarto! O hotel possui um bom custo-benefício, excelente localização, quartos de bom tamanho, boa recepção, café da manhã e estacionamento próprio. No entanto, o serviço precisa de melhorias. Pontos de melhoria: -Serviço de quarto / Toalhas: Há uma falha na logística. Retiravam nossas toalhas todos os dias (mesmo sem pedirmos), mas não repunham. Uma noite tivemos que solicitar várias vezes e esperar muito tempo porque disseram que não havia toalhas disponíveis - e o hotel nem estava lotado. O hotel deveria adotar a política de outros estabelecimentos, permitindo ao hóspede escolher se deseja a troca, inclusive por questões de sustentabilidade. -Café da manhã: Razoável! Tinha mais opções de massas folhadas, como croissants e doces, faltando itens com mais opções de pães e frios, ovos, frutas e bolo.

La limpieza no es precisamente la principal virtud de este hotel. La primera habitación que me asignaron tuve que solicitar que la cambiaran porque el baño estaba muy sucio; incluso la tapa del inodoro tenía manchas visibles. La habitación a la que me cambiaron, supuestamente un upgrade, estaba en peores condiciones. El baño tenía pelos por todos lados. Adicionalmente, las habitaciones no corresponden con las fotos publicadas en hoteles.com. No recomiendo este hotel.

Atendente do checkin não foi solicito. Informou que tinha que deixar a chave toda vez que saísse do hotel, e mesmo assim a camareira não arrumou nosso quarto, no segundo dia fui perguntar e de forma grosseira o atendente falou que seria arrumado. Café da manhã extremamente simples, pouca variedade, não tinha ovos mexidos e no segundo dia até pão faltou. Achei o custo benefício ruim.
