"The front staff desk staff was amazing, the carpet through the hallways were a bit worn and many bleach spots. Also breakfast was typical, but very sticky because of probably syrup spills as it is a tight area to get food and seating. Staff did their best to stay in top of cleaning, juat a crowded space. Room was decent and cleaning ataff were wonderful as well."

"Given that I already knew this hotel was average before I booked, I will be fair by starting with 5 stars. Upon entering the room to rest from a long trip, we immediately noticed the AC unit was agonizing. Instead of changing our room, the staff decided to replace the unit while we were there. The repairman was very rude to us. (minus one star) Both our room keys were deactivated before checkout day, and we were locked out. We called the front desk, and they blamed it on us. (minus one star) The room does not have a soaking bathtub as described and has no water stop, which prevents us from filling the tub. We asked for a plug, and they said they don't have any "because guests keep stealing them." (minus one star) Upon request, an intrusive maintenance person who brought two pillows wanted to enter the room, place the pillows on the bed, and ask us about our religion. (minus one star) The Wi-Fi keeps timing out. Whenever we try to use it, we have to register again. A constant, annoying noise in the bathroom is apparently due to the roof fan directly above, the repairman said.
