We had a great stay at Nomad Saint-Jacques. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is excellent—right in Old Montreal with plenty of sights and dining options just steps away. There’s also a top brunch spot downstairs, which was a huge bonus.
The only downside was some late-night noise from other guests in the hallway and from the street/alley below. That said, it’s part of being in such a central, lively area.
Overall, a really solid stay and we’d definitely come back.
I was shocked by how WONDERFUL this unit is! Everything is perfectly done. I am now totally spoiled! I won’t stay anywhere else in Montreal from now on. The location is 1/2 block from the Cathedral and everything Old Town has to offer.

Location is fantastic and the apartment has everything you need. Unfortunately some of the bathroom fixtures (sink and shower) are loose and the rain head shower temperature control was broken. The kitchen cabinet hardware is also broken so non the the cabinets stay open without being held, but this is not a big deal. Bedrooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Overall would stay here again for the location alone.
The hotel was very clean and very spacious, it was able to accommodate a 5 person family. There were enough beds for everyone, since there were two rooms and the couch was able to be converted into a bed. My family and I really enjoyed our time spent in this hotel, since it had everything that we could’ve possibly needed, such as a dishwasher, pots, pans, a kettle, etc. However, the only issue we had with this hotel was that the shower system was broken. Whenever we tried to use the shower—or even the bathtub, all that came out was boiling hot water. Although my family and I were able to at least get warm water for our baths from the bathroom sink, please be mindful when booking. Other than that, everything else was perfect.
We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is very well located in old Montreal, a block away from Notre-Dame Basilica and other attractions. Parking is close. Building itself is old but renovated. Our unit had modern decorations and was well equipped. We had couple of issued in the main washroom: window above the shower was missing covering so it can seen from the building across the street, ceiling fan was no working during out stay. Host was very responsive and quickly addressed the window covering issue. We recommend this property.
spacious, clean and central location old Montreal. Best for a family vacation and safe. It felt like a sanctuary after a busy day outside. A peaceful
Calm breeze inside the place. a place you need after spending a lot of activities with family outside.
Everything about the property was great. The checkin was easy, good security, apartment was clean and spacious, beds comfortable and the location was amazing!
The space was large and offered room for our family or 4. The beds had seen better days and were hard on backs/body. The noise on the weekend was loud enough to wake you up at night.
The location was fantastic, the room had all the basics needed like dish soap, extra garbage bags etc overall a great stay.
Just fabulous spot for enjoying all Montreal had to offer. Great apartment with all you ever need. Nice clean decor and windows that open! Highly recommend!
Place looked exactly like the pictures.

Easy to coordinate the entry and location is convenient to explore centre of town. Walls are a little thin tho but the place was great and didn't give us any trouble
The property was as listed. Great location and proximity to the Notre Dame, clean, clear check-in and check-out details. Lovely ambiance with all the necessary amenities. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend the space to family and friends..
