Beds were very comfortable, great location with easy access to transport. Hotel gym is small but bigger and has more equipment than photo suggests. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Coffees and water were restocked every day and towels changed/bed made daily. Housekeeping staff very friendly. Walls are a bit thin and room can get very hot at night so make use of the air conditioning unit. Bathroom products are very nice. Overall a great stay, thank you!

The location is very great to go to Old Montreal and Mount Royal, there is bus stop and nearby metro. The hotel staff are kind and suggested food places. No amenities, just room and elevator. Washroom is a bit old and used, can see door cracks and paints. Queen bed seems to be a double or bigger twin bed but spacious room and decent size for bathroom.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we had some issues with our air conditioner so the room was very hot. They were able to fix it, but it didn’t seem to work very well. Very clean and close to lots of amenities. Staff was able to hold our bags at checkout and ordered us a taxi to go to the airport.
