Montreux Vacations

"Location, location, location. That’s really the saving grace for this property but everything else feels like they’ve been coasting for the last twenty years. Staff was fine, nothing standout. One nice touch was that minibar was included each day. Room did have AC. Room was basic, TV was mounted 15’ from bed and was about 22” model, definitely need an upgrade. Bidet didn’t work, shower/tub was older narrow claustrophobic size. Most egregious issue was Wi-Fi didn’t work, it would drop...

"Great stay here. Easy access to train station and main town with promenade. Staff are very helpful and there is always someone at reception. Rooms are large, with balconies and very clean. We paid for breakfast which has a large selection. Would stay here again."

"We drove and had a parking spot directly outside the front of the hotel. Upon arrival I asked if there was any upgrades to our original room which the hotel accommodated for a small fee. We was blessed with perfected weather and had an excellent view of the lake which made great memories"

"I stayed at this hotel during the Montreux Jazz Festival so the price I paid was extremely high, though this is only to be expected. The room was very large, the bed was comfortable and the room was nicely arranged. On the negative side, this was no air conditioning, which I was expecting for the large sum I paid. "No air conditioning. In July, it’s torture. Room was much hotter than it was outside. Couldn’t sleep. We left after one night even though we had already paid for three in advance because it was just too hot and uncomfortable."
