"Staff was good. Our first room's door lock was non functional, allowing anyone to open the door without a key card. Staff gladly switched the room upon notifying them. The second rooms bathtub faucet ran a constant stream of water no matter how you moved the lever. Pool area could use some maintenance. Any corner or nook was discolored with possible growth or long-term staining. Kids splash area had chilly water for a pool. Overall a okay stay but would be hesitant to stay there again."

"Perfect for what I needed for the one night stay as it was a late night coming in. Front desk staff was rude about being a 3rd party booking which is frustrating they treat people differently. Otherwise room was clean, utilized hot tub in room itself which was great."
