"My room had not been dusted in months. It had filth on the baseboards and the lamp shades. The bed I slept in had a massive dent in the mattress and the sheets were balled and needed to be pitched. The whole property needs a one to over on the cleaning side!
I have to admit the eggs were cooked to perfection for powdered egg, so whoever did that did an amazing job! The staff in the morning was definitely nicer, and more pleasant than the staff in the evening."
"The room smelled like pee/poop when we walked in. The door to the room did not lock unless deadbolt used. Did not need to use the provided door key to enter room—you could just open the door. Creepy."
