★OTHER INFORMATION★
We are located in a rural area in a neighborhood-like setting close to town. You can walk, bike or run for miles safely around the house and there are many nearby trails. You will need a car to get around to any of the attractions.

-Children are welcome at the house, however, the house may not be suitable for young children because of the indoor fireplace, lack of child-proofing features and a steep hill with access to the water.

- Pet Policy: Up to 2 dogs are welcome for an extra fee of $50. You must clean up after them outside (waste) and inside (fur). No dogs on furniture or wet dogs inside. Dogs should be crated if you leave the house. You'll find some extras inside to help keep the home clean and the pups entertained. Additional fees will be charged if there is any damage.

- Additional waterfront information: the dock is over 100 ft long, the depth at the end is typically no less than 2 1/2 ft, though it is tidal, and the closest (free) boat ramp right by Shark’s tooth island is Currioman Landing.

-The house is located in a natural & wooded area, so you may see & hear bugs, bald eagles and ospreys and other birds, furry critters of all sizes (including but not limited to deer, squirrels, and rodents), & reptiles. Our property has regularly scheduled pest control, however, we cannot guarantee that any such critters will not be visible in & around the property. Please try to keep the doors closed. No refunds will be provided if a local critter visits the property.

-The house is on a well and septic system. Misuse will result in a fee.
