"This room was clean and tidy. The stuff was friendly. We didn’t have air fan in the room, but we requested it and it was given to as. Downstairs is a great bar and dinning place. Also if you have car you can drive to the town and take some take away or go to the shop. We liked this room. The only thing is very small tv. It’s more like a computer screen. BUT overall it was a great stay"

"This is actually a castle with gorgeous hilgh hills behind. There is no elevator and the floorboards are creaky, but that is to be expected for a castle thats hundreds of years old. Very nice staff, charming, we enjoyed it."

"Lovely property, excellent service, and marvelous food. The bartender said he didn’t really know cocktails which was a bit surprising and a tad disappointing. Would have loved to go stalking but discovered we had to reserve that in advance. Will know next time."

"Very quaint hotel - lots of history. Bit like a rabbit warren inside so finding the room itself took patience :-) Staff were very friendly and helpful. The Adam Restaurant is a superb room with high curved ceilings and decorative plasterwork. Signage to the rooms and stairs could be better, and the bathroom was a bit tired but clean and functional. The multi storey car park is ony a 5 minute walk away. Hotle ideally situated near the Perth Museum, the cafe quarter and the shopping area with the River Tay only 100 yards walk."

"Amazing boutique hotel, wish I had booked a longer stay. The rooms were spacious and luxurious with a wow bathroom. Everyone of the staff were friendly, Courteous ans extremely helpful. Dinner was one of the best I have eaten, I couldn’t not find fault with this gem of a hotel. I will will definitely be back again. "
