"For my next trip to Plattsburgh I am going to book at the same hotel. The environment is very nice and the food is great (Breakfast). As a New Yorker the Bus station was closer and the commercial area. I highly recommend this place for travelers. Thanks for all the wonderful workers from to the Reception area to the kitchen.👏🙌🏆."

"Justin our helpful and professional desk manager was lovely. He was a real problem solver and attentive when we called to sort out an issue with our room thermostat. He even tried to quiet a boisterous crowd that had taken over the lounge area making it difficult for other guests to sit and enjoy the space. The staff were excellent from the room service staff to the front desk and breakfast staff."

"This was a great find! We were in town for a wedding and looking for something close to the venue. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Once you cross the footbridge, you walk down a lighted path by a waterfall to the cabin. Once in the cabin, it was clean with everything we needed. The best part was sitting on the screen porch above the waterfall listening to the water."
