"The cabin is cozy and well equipped - great wifi and one of the best kitchens/kitchen appliances and equipment in any rental we've booked. Access to the property was easy and the outside views of the river were lovely. The cabin is located within an easy drive to Greenville without having to stay in town, and not far from lots of fishing in the Kennebec outlets (East or West ) into Moosehead Lake. Very convenient. We didn't use the kayaks as it was cold and windy, but there were several available. A comfy place to stay in the Moosehead Lake region."

"Easy to find (no service but plan ahead with GPS/offline maps!) and beautiful location! We stayed 9/18-8/21 so foliage was on its way to changing which gave the most beautiful addition to the already gorgeous views of the lake. We really enjoyed walking along the beach with our pups. Getting engaged at sunset while taking some home videos really topped it all! Mike came bay to introduce himself and gave us the warmest and most heartfelt congratulations and it made us feel so special. Thank you so much for sharing your space with us!"

"Our 2nd stay here; 1st was in 2020 and was fantastic. The property hasn't been well maintained, unfortunately. Minor things mostly, but annoying. The living room ceiling fan was unusable due to a screeching noise and all the light bulbs were burnt out. The AC didn't work at all. Several lights were inoperative as well. The pool and hot tub was closed during our short visit. Some furniture was broken. The staff was wonderful and friendly and did their best to accommodate."

"We could not have had a better time at this place. Owners were awesome. Came over the first night to help my wife figure out the roku tv and never stopped being helpfull. We brought our boat and kept it right on the dock. Minutes to moosehead lake where we spent the days just boating with our dogs. The place is the pefect place to spend time with family and friends. Huge wooded yard that backes up to wilderness. The place had everything u could think of. All l8n8n, cooking utensils, even had a dog dish and spot ready for us. Dogs could spend the day looking out over the front yard and river through the huge windows. Couldnt have found a better place to stay around here. This is an older house that is pet friendly and it shows. There are scrathes on the door. Couple spots on the floor where the linoleum has broke. So if u are looking for a pristine high end accommodations it will dissapoint but if u want to have a great place to stay that feels like u are home than this is for u. Cannot emphasize enough how helpfull and nice the owners were. I noticed a lot of reviews were from winter from skiers and snowmobile riders. Summer is just as fun up there."

"Had an amazing time. Lodge room was cozy and quiet, Jackman and Moose River area were nice, and staff recommended places to check out including dinner options and going across to Quebec. Hope to come back someday and will certainly consider this place once again!"
