"The picture is from when they build the place, today is terrible. Pool was so dirty and they don’t know how to use chemicals to get it clear. The bathroom had mold/fungus growing, sink was blocked showerhead could almost not give any water. The swimming pools were exceptional, clean and perfect temperature for the heat and humidity - we could stay in there all day! All the staff are super helpful, friendly and go above and beyond in anything that was asked. Being close to the Rock Fortress was great to be able to get there early before sunrise. Highly recommend staying here."
