"Requested a room near elevator because I am oxygen dependent. Room was the farthest room from elevator. Making reservation for room was terrible had to repeat everything three or four times. Was ready to just forget it. Needs to be made much easier never had a problem before. This one was a disaster "

"The employees are nice and helpful. The hotel overall is clean. The type of people in the area and staying there are questionable. Someone was smoking weed on the 2nd floor and the entire hallway and into the room reeked of weed. One night I could hear someone around me loudly arguing. There seem to be vagrants in the area and some of them appear to live at the hotel"

"Very good hot breakfast. Room needed some maintenance: door stuck, TP holder in bathroom was busted. But much more good than bad. 3.5-4 stars overall"

She proactively reached out to us regarding a situation that came up and handled it with professionalism and care. "This hotel has a monopoly given its location. The staff is one of the nicest, in particular the guys outside helping with parking and luggage. However, the hotel needs a makeover. The rooms are tiny, in doubles no queen beds but full. The gym is pathetic (the main machine is missing handles so it is almost useless). Dinner food was ok to good, red wine was bad. But again, helpful and lovely staff."
