⭐️GUEST ACCESS⭐️
Guests have full access to the entire cabin, including the hot tub, fire pit, kayaks, and other amenities, for groups of up to eight. Enjoy free WiFi, smart TVs, and beautiful views from every room.

Lake Blue Ridge is easily accessible right from the property. From the back patio steps, it’s just a short 2–3 minute walk down the hill. You’ll pass through a small paved parking area and then continue down the side steps of the condominium below to reach the shoreline. We have deeded lake access for guests, so you’re welcome to take the provided kayaks out on the water, enjoy a swim, or simply relax in the chairs set up on the lawn while taking in the mountain breeze and beautiful sunset views.

Please note: The boat dock is privately owned by the neighboring condominium and is not included with this property. We kindly ask that guests refrain from going onto or using the dock at any time. Thank you for your understanding!

Please also note:
✨A signed renter agreement is required upon booking. Additionally, a security deposit of $500 will be required for your stay.

✨Swimming, wading, and kyaking and entering the lake are done at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty, and conditions may vary. Children must be supervised at all times. You MUST use life jackets when entering the water. The property owners / co-hosting company are not liable for injuries, accidents, lost items.

✨Please be aware of the local wildlife around the cabin, including deer, bears, and snakes. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside, and be cautious when walking in the area.

✨We would like to kindly remind you of our business hours, which are from 8AM to 8PM. We have limited availability for assistance between the hours of 8PM and 8AM. For non-emergencies, such as general inquiries or requests, please leave a message and we will promptly return your message the following morning. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

✨ Four-wheel drive is typically not required to access the property. However, during winter conditions when snow or ice is present, a 4WD or AWD vehicle may be necessary. We recommend checking the local weather forecast prior to arrival and planning accordingly.
