Guest Suite with Hot Tub, sleeps 4 - No nonsense fee

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood south of Moscow, it is close to the University of Idaho campus, the arboretum and golf course.

The space:
The guest suite is a 600 square foot daylight basement of our home. It is newly finished in September 2022. Inside furnished with brand new kitchen appliances, bedroom and living room furniture. Backyard features a hot tub for relaxing in the evening.

New updates:
* Installed a brand new Culligan Water Filter and Softener in January 2023.
* I decided to remove the nonsense fees for additional guests. Please be honest, the place has a maximum capacity of 4 people.
* There is a service fee charged by Vrbo on using their platform. I do not have control to waive them.

Guest access:
Street parking, follow the paver stone walkway and steps to the entrance in backyard, accessed with key code lock.

Other things to note:
PLEASE NOTE: Our family is living upstairs. We added resilient channel on ceiling and walls of the guest suite, but please do not expect it is 100% perfect sound proof. There will also be occasional piano practice which we limit to before 10pm. Thanks for understanding before you decide to book the place.

Great little spot!

Excellent communication, kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. Host was gracious and even set up an outdoor table for us to place our tabletop grill on, with towels for clean-up.

Great stay in Moscow

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very nicely remodeled basement with plenty of room for our group of 3 people. Nicely appointed with an added benefit of hot chocolate Kurig offering as well as some great snacks. Add in the hot tub on a cold day and we were all set.

Corine is an excellent host! Her place is very cute. She’s very detailed oriented and generously offer everything you need at her VRBO. The hot tub is amazing for a cold night. I’d definitely come back.

Cozy, Convenient, and Comfortable

We stayed overnight after a Vandal game. The place was as advertised. It was very clean and nice. The owner was great and made sure we had everything we needed. We would gladly stay here again in the future.

Super, super clean place to stay. Nice stuff like slippers and towels for hot tub. Nice shampoo conditioner and body wash. Good WiFi, nice tv. Better than a hotel for sure. Bed was a tiny bit firm for me but that could totally just be me. I would absolutely recommend you stay here.

Awesome place!

Extremely clean and great location! Very well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds! Quiet, safe neighborhood. We barely heard the family living above! They left snacks in a bowl on the table and Fresca in the fridge! We would stay here again for sure!

WSU move-in day

This was an absolutely beautiful place to stay while moving our new WSU student into her dorm. It's only 20 minutes from Pullman and town here in Moscow was way less busy. The apartment is lovely, quiet and private. We will definitely be coming back!

Weekend stay in Moscow

Suite was super clean, well appointed, and very convenient to town. Even the bowl of snacks provided was a nice little surprise. Sound from upper floor was minimal, if any, so soundproofing efforts paid off. Great for 2-3 in a small family. Pull out couch/sleeper was workable. Overall, great stay.

I’m not sure about “unique” but it was set up very well, very clean, all the things you need such as toiletries, towels, kitchen utensils…everything you need to have a wonderful experience. It is obvious that the owners went to great lengths to meet the needs of their customers. As you can see, we were very happy with out experience.

Wonderful place

Perfect for our family!!!. We happened to be in Moscow the weekend of the gas line rupture. We stayed warm, showered with hot water and comfortable. We were able to cook our own food!!! Most restaurants were closed so we felt lucky to have found such a great place to stay. Corrina was easy to communicate with even though we got in a little late.

This property has everything you need! Quiet and safe but close to everything. It was extremely clean and well stocked in the bathroom and the kitchen. Both beds were comfortable with additional cozy blankets if needed. Lots of thoughtful fun extras, a bowl of snacks, many choices of coffee and hot cocoa in the Keurig, games and extra fans. It was a perfect place to land as we visited our Vandal for homecoming weekend. We will be back for sure!
