"Nice and clean hotel with excellent staff. Breakfast was included and parking was always available. We will stay again when visiting Albany for future NYSUT conventions."

"The AC did not work and the room was very war. Also the king size bed had a hole in the middle so you rolled toward the middle which was very uncomfortable. Continental breakfast was a blueberry muffin or a bagel, there was no coffee except for the room. I wont be staying there again!"

"Property policy requires a photo copy of guests government ID. This puts guests at risk of identity theft. Guests who decline are refused check in. Drive way is in poor condition with severe pot holes."
