"My family of 6 just spent a week at Casa Mary and it couldn’t have been better. The pictures online are incredible but still can’t do it justice. We felt like we had a private beach with water colors that are like nothing else. The outdoor set up is perfect and we rarely left the property. The bedrooms were great, AC works extremely well, and the house has everything you need. We will definitely try to come back!"

"Awesome place to stay in Exuma. Location was fantastic, easy to move around the island. Villa was fully stocked with everything you would need...dishes, towels, beach towels, dish soap, coffeemaker (drip and pods), pool toys, life jackets for kayak and SUP. Plenty of seating inside and out. TV had a lot of stations and great WiFi. EXCELLENT communication with host! I would absolutely recommend this place and we will stay again next time we are in Exuma!"

"We absolutely loved this house! It was beautiful, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was wonderful and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!"

"We have booked a large number of vacation homes through the years. Upwards of 20 to 25 I would guess. This house is head and shoulders above the rest when it comes to how the house is equipped. The kitchen has two of anything you could possibly need to prepare all your meals at the home if you choose. The home also has multiple beach chairs and all the beach toys you could possibly need including kayaks and paddle boards. Aside from these things the house is absolutely beautiful and on a virtually private white sand beach with the signature blue waters of Exuma. The beds were all very comfortable. The home is also conveniently located near the airport and halfway between Georgetown and Emerald Bay. We loved Villa Oceania and plan to come back again! "

"I was excited for our stay, based on other reviews we were sure we would enjoy the property. While putting my 3 year old to bed the first night at the property, we discovered not blood stains, but dried blood all over the bed linens in the master bedroom. After checking all beds upstairs, it was clear none of the linens had been changed prior to our arrival. The host was very condescending, and claimed that ”this has never happened before.” However, if there had not been dried blood all over the linens, I would have never thought to check all beds, and wouldn’t have realized they had not been changed. Someone was sent to clean the property the next day, after I had tracked down and washed / changed all bed linens myself. We were not told she would be coming, and she walked in on my husband coming out of the shower. We weren’t able to use that property for our Christmas celebration as intended that day, as she spent the better part of the day cleaning. This should have been done prior to our arrival.We also had an issue with a bug infestation in the kitchen. When we woke up on Christmas morning, we realized our groceries were covered in little bugs. We were told they had sprayed recently, obviously it did not work. All groceries had to be replaced. Host left rude voicemail on my phone, and was not easy to find a resolution with despite the photos I sent of bed linens, and videos of the bugs crawling on counter tops / groceries."

"Beautiful home located in a very convenient location in Great Exuma. It is centrally located to easily explore both ends of the island.The beach is literally outside your door and the soft white sand makes for perfect walks. The bar at the end of the beach stretchis amazing and makes walks worth it! The home was decorated first class: the kitchen, the furnishings, the decor and the courtyard were all perfect. The beach chairs and toys were perfect to enjoy a wonderful day on the beach. We will definitely be back again!"

"Beach view from the deck, less than a 100 steps from one of the most beautiful, peaceful beaches I have witnessed. Loved the seclusion of it with only 4 houses Was a wonderful walk every morning, evening to sit and just listen to the power of the water. Restaurants are limited, grocery stores are ok, but you are on an island and part of the Bahamas. That’s the joy of it! NO Walmart, no 7-11. Real life. Anyways, house was lovely, Terrell was quick and always very responsive. Much appreciated. Thanks for sharing your slice of paradise. "
