"Staff was a little rude when we arrived to check in. It was very confusing to find the check in desk as it is in the country store and there are no best western signs anywhere"

"We enjoyed our stay - the room was spacious and well equipped. The included breakfast buffet had everything we wanted to fuel up for a day of hiking. We greatly enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking. If you’re going to visit Bryce National Park this is the place to stay."

"The tents were very clean and the beds very comfortable with memory foam mattress pads and yummy soft sheets with a warm comforter. The bathrooms were clean. It woukd have been nice to have gravel parhs as after it rained the dirt turned into a very sticky mud. It was a nice experience overall."

"There isn’t a lot to choose from near Bryce Canyon. This place offers all the basic necessities and has worked hard to upgrade the property. The only complaint we had was the hard beds. We love a firm mattress, but these were down right hard. We did not rest well the two nights we were there. "
