The Space:

This charming beachside cottage spoils you for choice — venture to the river or the ocean, both just an easy walk away. Spend your days surfing, swimming, kayaking, or fishing, all while enjoying the stunning coastal surroundings.



The open, airy living spaces make it easy to feel at home. Relax at the end of the day in the oversized lounge, or enjoy a glass of wine on the front verandah overlooking the garden while the kids and your family pet play safely.

3rd Bedroom: 1 x Queen (with access to the sunroom)



4th Bedroom (Sunroom): 1 x Double, 1 x Single



All linen and towels are provided for your stay.



Please note that there is no access beyond the enclosed back deck, as it is a second dwelling on the property.



Guest Access:

Guests will receive the lockbox code 24 hours before check-in.



Please note that there is no access to the garage and that there is a 2nd dwelling to the rear of the property, which is occupied. Privacy has been ensured with screening from the back of the deck area.

Getting around Mossy Point is easy! Most places are within walking or biking distance, including the beach, river, café, and boat ramp. Hire a kayak or bike locally to explore the waterways and scenic paths. If you’re heading further afield, buses and A2B Car Services, as well as Bay Taxis, are available to nearby towns like Broulee, Moruya, and Batemans Bay.



Other Things to Note:

We ensure our property is stocked with all the essentials, including tea, coffee, body wash, toilet paper, and basic laundry and kitchen supplies. For anything beyond the basics or specific to your needs, we recommend bringing your own to ensure a comfortable stay.



This property is provided with all linen and towels, although we do ask guest to bring their own beach towels.
