"Great staff. Very professional. Only concern was housekeeping had mopped the elevator but no signs were put down in front of the elevator nor on the elevator itself. I slipped down onto my knees but caught myself. You need to caution your staff to prevent guest injuries."

Lakefront House w/ Pool & Private Beach

"The house was spacious and clean. The trail to the lake and beach was fun for all! The grandkids enjoyed the pool too. There were lots of discrepancies between the website posting and actual property. Posted 2 queen beds upstairs, but they had one queen bed and one full size bed. No smoke detector in one bedroom upstairs. Stated 11am check out time on website, but host told us 10am on her “info board” at the house. The kitchen needs more utensils (only had 10 forks) and a bigger table and more chairs needed to accommodate the number of people (15) that the listing states. The kids could not play in the backyard due to tall grass and lots of grass burs. There is a big dead tree in the front yard with a fallen limb. We shared all this with the host and VRBO customer service. Hopefully Carrie will take care of these issues soon. If attention is given to these issues, we would come again! It has magnificent views from back porch!!."
