After a three night stay, key complaints: - No soap or shampoo provided first night- dispensers were empty - Hot pot, but no mug or glass to actually make any drinks the first night I stayed (I used my own travel mug). Later nights a cup appeared, but the instant coffee packet I had used was never replaced, nor was the tea bag even though I stayed several nights. - Only one towel in the bathroom - The only two pillows...
