"This hotel was very cute and the service was excellent. We were worried at first because the check in instructions mention they don’t have a 24/7 lobby and our flight wasn’t getting in until after midnight, but that didn’t end up being a problem at all. They own the Italian restaurant next door and I assume live onsite because they were super responsive and the service was quick and efficient. We loved being “downtown” because there are restaurants and shops on the same street as the hotel....

"This is a very clean and comfortable place at a great price point. The best thing is the really sweet couple running the place. It's an old property but for the price it is safe, clean and what you need for a couple good nights of sleep. I came here for a marathon in Shiner so it was a good location. It's near HEB and a few interesting towns like Luling and Gonzalez on the fringe of hill country. "
