"Positives: Location right on the beach. Nice beach view inside room. AC cold for hot summer weather. Parking staff very friendly. Rooms are spacious. Front desk staff very clam and nice when I inquired to leave one night early. Negatives: LOUD music from 9am to 10pm. Our room is on the 2nd floor so can’t really sit in our balcony to enjoy the beach view for too long. This hotel feels more like a motel. Bathroom felt old and dirty. Room next door had young kids crying and screaming till around 11pm (shortly after loud music stopped). Bathroom located on ground floor was very dirty. Overall, will not stay at Lani Kai again. "

"Zero water pressure in room, maid service was spotty at best, sheets were stained in room on arrival No restaurant or room service after 7:30"

"My wife and I truly enjoyed celebrating our anniversary here. The property was clean and just as advertised. The bed was comfortable, and the neighborhood was extremely quiet at night—perfect for sitting outside and stargazing. Communication with the host was seamless, and they responded quickly to any questions we had. We really appreciated how they had everything available to help you make the most of your time at the beach. There was even a bottle of aloe in case you had a little too much fun in the sun—haha. Overall, a great experience and one we won’t forget anytime soon. Highly recommend!"

"This unit was very clean. Actually the hardwood floors were shining!! Room sizes were very nice. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable and clean. Rosen/Mgmt team responded to a concern we voiced about hot water. It was mostly operator error. They came out immediately, and sent me a video of what to do. The king bed was in pretty bad shape spring wise and very uncomfortable. This particular unit is a little dark, especially the kitchen. Not an easy walk to beach. All in all a pretty good stay."

"What a nice place. Right across from the beach, nice heated pool, plenty of bathrooms. Loved it. Just note that the kitchen is up on the 3td floor and we were up and done stairs all week. We didn't mind the exercise hut if you have anyone with health or mobility challenges, this could be a tough place.One thing is one bathroom had some issues owth the grout and caulk and there was a little mold. "
