The room I stayed in was absolutely perfect! It was recently updated, very clean and had everything I needed. Private patio was a nice touch. The property and surrounding area was very quiet. I have family in the area so I will definitely stay here every time I come back!

We like staying in historic Bed & Breakfast Inns and though this is not a true B&B, it has that flavor and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It is a lovely, historic building with tree covered grounds and is very relaxing. It is a 1/2 mile walk to downtown, which has many great restaurants and shopping opportunities. Be sure to take the 2 hour boat tour on Lake Dora. Looking forward to visiting again in the future.

This place was very cute. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were well stocked with amenities. This was close to walking downtown. There is no staff on the premises but they are responsive by phone. The property is really cute, I especially liked the enclosed gazebo.

Quiet property; beautiful landscaping

Beautiful historic property with some of the quirks and imperfections that you would expect in an old home. There are so many places on the property to quietly relax and recharge. Owner was accessible and eager to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The caretaker, Claudia, was not, however. Overall we were very happy with the stay and will return on future trips to this area.

First daugher & mother trip

This was our first daughter and mother trip, the room was very nicely kept, very clean & decorated. I would book again. Our only issue was the AC in main room was noisy, not so bad during the day, but hard to fall asleep. Secondly .having chairs or a small sofa to sit would have been great...plan to schedule another trip in november

There is no staff. Everything is done remotely. The room was smaller than the pictures, and had a musty smell that was so bothersome that we only stayed for the first of a scheduled two day prepaid stay. Also, it's much further from downtown than it looks, which could be a difficult walk for older guests. Driving downtown would be a problem during the weekends when downtown parking is difficult to find.
