"We booked this hotel last minute and we were highly impressed. The customer service from the staff, cleanliness of our room and property and the very comfortable bedding was the highly of our stay. My wife and I cleaned up and took the bus down to City Center for a nice dinner and the staff was very helpful instructing us how to use the public bus system. Keep up the great work! We would definitely stay here again!"

"The room was large with a nice view of the lake. The beds were comfortable. The buffet breakfast was very good with lots of options. The hotel is in a quiet location close to the airport with walking distance to a small shopping centre. There were nice walking paths around the lake. All staff are very friendly and helpful."

"Great to have laundry in apartment. Shower floor tiles were a little slippery when wet. Room 124 had view of airport and snow capped mountains. Bus stop is right across the street, straight into Queenstown. No need to use car at all during stay. Only issue is limited parking spaces for guests and it is first in gets one or it's eleven dollars per day."
