There are 18 restaurants, 2 coffee shops and a beverage super store all just a short walk from your home away from home. With outdoor TV for those fall football games this home has much to offer. The beaches of Sullivans island and Isle of Palms are 10 and 12 minutes drive while historic Charleston is only 15 minutes away. Pet Friendly with a fenced in back yard you will not be disappointed. The location of this rental is fantastic. It is tucked away from traffic but still gives easy access to Shem Creek as well as The Old Village. It was perfectly suited for three adults, and we enjoyed our stay.
Home was clean / 3 bedrooms accommodated the 3 couples. Great location. An easy stroll to Schemm Creek and easy in and out access to Charleston. Would stay here again
Joe's property was perfect for a stay with friends during a wedding weekend. The property was very convenient, comfortable and clean. We are so happy we chose this place to stay and would definitely stay again.

We have stayed at this house a few times and the location never disappoints. Joe is a great host, super communicative and the house is great for our family. We walk to the marina, jet to the beach and can be in downtown Charleston within 15 mins. The neighborhood is so quiet and with walkable beer y dining and coffee … what is not to love?
