"Warm, cosy, and impeccably clean, this accommodation was perfectly located within easy walking distance of the pools. The outlook was breathtaking, with uninterrupted mountain views beautifully dusted in snow. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, which made a real difference to our stay. We would happily return, and our grandchildren absolutely loved it as well. Deirdre and Kit."

"Our Family stay in Hanmer was lovely. The Host Carol was helpful always just a message away.The only thing looks like someone had taken the downstairs tv remote and cords so teenagers were unable to watch tv or dvd.Thankyou very much for our family weekend it was so nice. (:"
