"This property is neat, tidy and well presented. Unfortunately it is within 40 metres of the main highway and the trucks kept noisily passing by all night long. Also we paid to have 2 small dogs with us but Leslie the host instructed us to keep these dogs on a leash and 'under control' whenever outside the rented house as her own 3 cats were 'outside cats that don't like dogs' and they liked to roam the property. I had initially asked if she keep her cats on her property. She reiterated that I was to leash the dogs when they were outside. Disappointing."

"Overall the place was a bit worn but nice, the kids enjoyed the lounge which isn't pictured in the listing.However we did encounter a few issues:The driveway isn't usable for low vehicles - it could definitely do with some maintenance. However as others have noted, street parking is available.The oven door did not close properly - in order for us to use the oven we needed to prop it closed with a chair.The upstairs toilet vent was blowing air with a strong smell of paint/chemicals - we kept the door closed to stop it spreading. The TV remote didn't work properly. Needed to unplug the TV entirely and plug it back in multiple times to get it to work.There is a DVD player, but the DVD's the kids were interested in had been removed - also some of the cases contained xbox games and other random discs. Fortunately Netflix worked well.Bathroom soap dispensers were mostly empty and we couldn't find refills."
