"Room was comfortably sized, great location in close proximity to Times Square, and the staff were super helpful with any/all questions, printing boarding passes and calling a private car to the airport. Looking forward to staying here again."
"The room was clean and the hotel was in a great location. Water never got “hot” but it got warm. There’s a tv but that’s about it. No vending machines or anything but there’s stores all around. I’d stay again based on the location being great."
"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was amazing and very clean. One thing though, there is a resort fee per day that you will pay upon check out. The ask for a card for a deposit (that you get back). Once you check out you will get the deposit back minus the resort fee charges."
