They were able to clear up the mistake fast but it put a bad taste in our mouth. The hotel still has carpet so the hallways smell like mildew. Room was okay but the shower does need to be updated. The convenience of this place to venue was the major plus. "

"Elevator call buttons did not work whole time we were there. We had to ask an employee to send us up, no problem going down, but needed assistance going up every time. Very nice staff, available at desk 24/7. "
