"The stay was overall very good but we chose this hotel specifically because it was rated as one of the most family friendly on the Strip and we had our 4-month old grandson and 2 year old granddaughter with us. The accommodations specifically list cribs available, which we requested. At check in, we made note of that as well and were told housekeeping would bring it up shortly. After several hours we called down and were told “Uh yeah, didn’t they tell you we don’t have those anymore?” And then told they could bring us some extra sheets and blankets. Completely unacceptable. After several more hours, they managed to find a pack’n’play and we made do. Not family friendly if you have an infant along."
