This is the 2nd time I've stayed at The Hotel Aria. The price is excellent, the rooms are clean and have a refrigerator, which I appreciate. It's centrally located to the venue's I went to. I am very pleased with the Hotel Aria.

I loved my solo stay here. My room was clean, quiet, comfortable, and very affordable. The location couldn't be better: there's an Indian takeout place right next door, and Castro Street with its copious good restaurants and little shops is half a block away. Breakfast offerings are granola, instant oatmeal, fruit, muffins, juice, just enough to jump start the day. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The room and bathroom was really clean. Your booking includes 1 parking which isn't far from the room. Staff was very welcoming and answered all of our questions. Housekeeping daily. Breakfast included toast, cereal, apples, and juice.

I would not stay at this hotel again. The management was rude with warnings about extra charges. The room was not well soundproofed, so street noise and people talking could be heard from inside. The breakfast was mediocre, with no eggs or fresh fruit available. On the positive side, the room was clean, and housekeeping service was good. However, these positives were not enough to make up for the negatives.

This no frills hotel had a very comfortable bed and a great bathroom and shower. It is a 12 minute walk from all the great restaurants and happenings on Cascal St which made it a great home base for our trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Room and property were very clean. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was quick and easy, good selection of toast, coffee and oats. Nice location, close to Castro; good food and coffee shops within walking distance. Would recommend staying again.

Clean room with basic modern amenities, a work desk, small fridge, and microwave. Wheelchair accessible shower. Toilet seat needs changing. Reception was helpful. Need to download an app paired with Bluetooth as key access to the room. Basic breakfast with cereal, bread/toast with butter and jam, oatmeal, coffee /tea, milk. Suggested to the hotel to add peanut butter for protein. Parking available and free for the first car if you tell the reception. Good location.

The bed was amazing, it was like home ,and I have a purple mattress , I would stay there again, in fact we have to come back in June have already booked. they don’t charge for parking, the staff was very helpful

Went to a concert at Shoreline Amphitheater so this was a perfect place to stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff although it is more like a motel not a hotel. Didn’t have an issue with the keyless entry. The staff walked us through downloading the ap and setting it up. First time for us using keyless. After taking pics and videos at the concert I was glad I brought a portable charger. Just make sure your phone has enough battery.
