"CHOOSE THIS HOUSE! It was an absolutely incredible stay! The house was perfectly laid out, with every bedroom having its own accompanying bathroom, offering both luxury and comfort for our group. The kitchen is a chef's dream, and the views are unmatched. We spent our trip enjoying the house amenities rather than doing the typical touristy things. Ben is a fantastic host; his responsiveness was unmatched, answering every question in minutes. We cannot wait to return!"

"Beautiful 3 level cabin in the hills of Pigeon Forge/Sevierville. Well stocked kitchen and lots of games and puzzles in addition to pool table and very large screen tv on lower level. Nice views from the balcony. Very friendly and responsive host. "

"Very beautiful place right on the river!! The host was very communitive if you needee anything! The stairs in the cabin are very steep so be careful! Also theres no turn around for a driveway, its pull straight in and back straight out! The cabin was clean! We did have some type of light glitches, not sure what was going on. They would come on whenever they wanted and flicker. The cabin did have a wet dog smell when we first got there, but we opened the doors and windows and aired it out! We were able to hike a little around the river, and really enjoyed that! Overall we really enjoyed our stay there and would love to go back maybe in the summer time to enjoy the river more!!"

"Ryan provided a wonderful and enjoyable stay for my family during the holidays. The living space had a Christmas tree which was great for the little ones to wake up and see that Santa followed them all the way to Tennessee from Virginia. We would definitely be returning in the future. "
