Some small issues affected the stay: jacuzzi wasn't working, bathroom had a bad smell, no hair dryer to be found, bathroom shower gel was empty, and three calls to reception to resolve went unanswered. Room was on the railway side and loud noises of train horns in the early morning. "

"Very nice relatively new boutique hotel. We have been looking out for a such an option in this area for many years and can now say that we have found one. The rooms are very nicely designed and clean, staff is courteous and personable. Terttulia has always been a favorite restaurant of ours. One suggestions I would make is to have additional breakfast menu items for long stays. Will certainly stay here again during next visit when we would like to see few minor improvements like shower temperature. Overall a wonderful experience "

"Terrible. We were booked to outdated rooms while our friends had the newly renovated suites which were way nicer. Room had a strong stench of paint that could not be aired out. The hotel was undergoing renovations way outside the communicated hours both in the morning and evening. I would recommend this hotel once the renovations have been completed, not before. Hotel management not accommodating given the inconvenience experienced."
