"Great price for the room. The entire complex was clean, and the staff was more than friendly. I would definitely stay here again."

"The staff at the hotel was lovely and checking in was great. However, I'm afraid the hotel is in some need of updating. Although it is an older property and whomever is managing has done best efforts to keep it clean, it needs some updating such as the air conditioning units (they are very noisy), door handles which are rusted, and a few spots are showing aging in the ceilings. We stayed in room seven which is on the ground floor close to the check-in area. The property is clean and our room was...

"Amazing!"

"It’s an old hotel, so don’t expect modern day upgrades in the rooms. The hotel IS great. Our room was good. A few things wrong with room but no bad, sort of. Our a/c unit didn’t work, so we had to leave the window open our entire 4 day stay. Not bad. There IS, also, a big window in the shower, which is facing the street. Talk about putting a show for all those outside. Our room had a great view, and so did the outside looking in. It’s even worse when showering, or using bathroom at night. Beware...

"Good breakfast. Awesome staff. Close to airport."

"A nice place to stay for our visit. We will definitely book here again in the future."

"No room refresh for our 3 night stay. We ran out of towels, toilet paper and tissues. The garbage in the one garbage can in our room, overflowed with garbage by the end of our stay. We had to make our own beds. Terrible service for over $400 per night."

"Nice employees. Room a bit outdated, first thing we noticed was that the bathroom had a terrible smell but they quickly gave us another room. Breakfast was good, convenient location."

"Fan didn’t work in the bathroom and asked staff to fix it and they didn’t, air filter in the room was long past due to be changed, heard upstairs people flushing their toilet, showering and walking around at all hours of the night, showering was extremely slippery, bathroom floor was really gross"

"Great service"

"Door to get into our room was extremely difficult to open and took several tries each time with full body force. When we told staff he said that the key car may need a new battery and it would be a process. Never fixed it. Also, reported the fridge in the room didnt work. We found that out when all our leftovers were warm and ruined the next morning. Pool had hair and debris floating in it. Room was clean and breakfast spread was good. Will mot stay there again."

"Amazing hotel with a full and open lobby area to enjoy; in addition the views from the bar/restaurant and outdoor deck provide a wonderful view of the harbor. Our room was spotless, loved the ladies who came by in the evening. They were so pleasant and efficient. We enjoyed oysters and cocktails in the evening and were taken care of by Sarah! What a pleasure to have her serve us, she really was a delight, sharing a lot about the town and its history, restaurants and coffee shop's! We hope to...

"By far the best location and place"
