Beautiful hotel in art deco style with many interesting features. Great location in the centre of town. Great hotel for a one night stay while passing through France.

Friendly staff, comfortable bedding and room but the styling of the lobby and bar area are what makes it worthwhile. Really cool old-world charm. Bathroom needed a little updating though.

This is a lovely 4* accommodation at a price little under a standard 3* accommodation. It maintains the charm of the time when it was built whereas technologically fully up to date. It has a little piano bar.

Super palace des années 30 qui vit encore sur son lustre d’antan. Le penser dans son jus et il est une magnifique expérience. Le penser un brin rétro et il gagnerait à s’acclimater à notre modernité (douches italiennes, connectique dans les chambres -prises usb, produits toilette ecoresponsables, cafetière type nespresso, insonorisation, …)

フロントの方々は感じがよく親切。お部屋は朝7時すぎくらいからカーテンの脇から漏れる光で、起こされます。また、冷蔵庫はほとんど機能していなくて、ぬるいです。階によって設備が多少違うようで、わたしの階は、コーヒーメーカーやエアコンなどが知人の泊まった階とくらべて古いもののようで、多少質が落ちていました。中国人の家族などが多く泊まっており、比較的騒がしかったです。

Hotellet ligger super og har parkeringskælder. Dog er den MEGET stejl og kræver lidt snilde når man er på motorcykel. Personalet er super venligt. Rummene er lidt slidte, men emmer af fordums storhed.

Séjour pro : petit-déjeuner facturé alors que j'ai bien précisé à mon arrivée que je partirai tôt. La chambre spacieuse offre un mini bar qui ne fonctionne pas. La salle de bain est poussièreuse. La direction fait état de laver les draps tous les deux jours pour économiser de l'eau : super ...sauf qu'il a fallu que je laisse couler l'eau pendant 5mn pour avoir un filet d'eau chaude.

La literie de la chambre que nous occupions était en très mauvais état le matelas étant "en pente" j'ai failli tomber plusieurs fois la robinetterie est aussi en très mauvais état, lorsque j'actionnais le robinet d'eau foide l'eau qui en sortait était brûlante, il fallait la laisser couler longtemps avant d'obtenir l'eau froide e.fin le téléphone était en dérangement j'ai dû le débrancher pour pouvoir dormir

Missed our train connection

We missed our connection and needed a room for one night. The staff were very accomodating, room was nicely appointed. Near a large park and nice restaurants. Highly recommended.

Hotel du Parc: le charme arts déco des années 1920

Accueil chaleureux et attentionné du personnel. 2 musiciens animent la soirée. Décoration réussie du Hall d'accueil (sur le thème des fêtes de Pâques) dans lequel trône une voiture de collection prêtée par le musée; des lithographies et photos de véhicules anciens ornent les couloirs et les chambres. Petit déjeuner très complet et soigné incluant même du Kouglof et une spécialité de charcuterie libanaise pour qui veut se dépayser un peu.

Je viens souvent passer une nuit dans cet hôtel art déco plutôt joli et bien placé. J'ai été très déçue ce jour par la façon dont j'ai été traitée. Ce matin, alors que j'avais passé la nuit à l'hôtel, je devais échanger 2 heures au maximum avec une de mes collègues, nous nous sommes tout d'abord fait éjecter du bar car il y avait soit disant des travaux en cours... Que nous n'avons pas vus, mais nous pouvons comprendre. Et puis on nous a dit que nous ne pouvions pas nous installer dans l'un des nombreux fauteuils du grand hall car il fallait louer une chambre ou une salle pour travailler !!! Je précise que nous souhaitions consommer, nous n'aurions donc pas occupé les lieux gratuitement... De plus, je répète que j'avais passé la nuit à l'hôtel... Je regrette vraiment cette attitude, car j'aimais cet endroit.

Triste …

Une rénovation semble nécessaire …et au niveau ménage ..peut être un suivi plus précis ..par exemple il est simple de passer une éponge au niveau des clenches des portes ..la baignoire …un peu d anti tartre …et un dessus de lit même simple plutôt qu une horrible couverture …je pense que l’on pourrait améliorer un peu les choses avec de simples gestes…pour un hôtel quand même mythique à Mulhouse ..plutôt que d encore le laisser se faner encore davantage …

It's a good location but the ceiling in my room started to leak during a rainfall. When I went to the front desk they said they knew of the problem, that it happens when it rains and they haven't been able to fix it because of the rain. They moved me to a different room but it shows me they knew there was a problem and put me in that room anyway and were expecting me to complain. It should be noted that I didn't know there was a leak until it dripped on my head. Not a great experience. Worst part of my trip.
