A stone's throw from the city center, near the Porte Jeune shopping center, stayed in a magnificent 78m² apartment, completely renovated in the spring of 2023. It is located on the 2nd floor of a quiet building (no elevator).
This apartment has:
- a fully equipped 🍽️ bright kitchen (fridge / freezer, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker) from where 🌞 you will have access to a balcony.
- a living room with a dining area 🍽️ and a lounge area 🛋️ equipped with a television 📺
- a first bedroom 🛏️ with two single beds.
- a second bedroom 🛏️ with two single beds.
- a third bedroom 🛏️ with two single beds.
🛏️ Both bedrooms are equipped with quality French bedding.
- a bathroom with bathtub 🛁 and washing machine

🛏️ Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
🧹 However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take down the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.
📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
