"If Hilton wants to maintain it's brand, it either needs to upgrade this property or sell it. Breakfast service was poor. It was 59 degrees in May and they could not turn the heat on in the building. The bathroom shower curtain rod was bent not allowing the curtain to remain closed. My key stopped working mid visit and I had to return to the front desk to have it reprogrammed. While parked outside the front door, in the circle (on hotel property) a homeless homeless person knocked on my window asking for money. Hilton has to do better in Albany."
