"Our stay at the property was genuinely delightful. Everything was exactly as advertised, and we felt as though we had found a little slice of paradise. Each morning, we woke up early to the calming sight of horses grazing in the nearby fields and cows lazily roaming about—what a wonderful way to start the day! The convenience of being able to walk directly from the property into the scenic surroundings was a huge plus and allowed us to really immerse ourselves in nature.The owners, the Metson family, were incredibly kind and welcoming. They greeted us with a lovely welcome basket filled with fresh milk and an assortment of delicious baked goods that truly made us feel at home. Their thoughtfulness and hospitality added a personal touch to our experience that we greatly appreciated.Without a doubt, we will return to this charming getaway in the future, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and picturesque retreat."
"We had such a lovely time at the stables, it had everything we needed including high chair, travel cot and off road buggy for our 9 month old. A massive plus was the totally enclosed garden for our two dogs, one is very nervous and reactive and this was his first stay away from home. The quiet surroundings and private feel was perfect, and the woods on the door step was very handy. The outdoor bath was lovely and having a gas BBQ was a big plus. Hosts were great and gave advice on walks too, and the king size bed was extremely comfortable! I have already recommended this place to friends!"

"We were volunteering for the Capel Military Show and needed a base for a few days. First time not using a hotel we were very pleasantly impressed with the Nook when we arrived. The room was very well fitted with quality materials and equipment and we felt immediately relaxed and comfortable. The shower and bathroom would be exactly how I would plan and build my own. Brilliant little touches, like a small bottle of milk to make an initial cup of tea and the Kit Kat bar was just perfect. We definitely be rebooking for next year. The booking process as well as arrival and departure procedures were perfect and added to the perfect stay. "
