The checkin time & check out time was different than what was mentioned in the reservation. The entry fee to the Lavasa was extra to the customers, who booked the hotel there. They did not consider my confirmed reservation and I was left with no reservation. No one was picking up the call, there were agents outside Villa which was so weird. The listing in the website is like a scam, do not reserve from hotels.com. I hv no idea what is going to happen to my money now. Worst experience ever."
