Rooms were spotless,all staff extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is surely something to behold all manner of sweet and savoury delights, the idlis were particularly good served with sambal and the dosas were delicious with a lovely fluffy potato fillings.I’ve never been away at Christmas time before,the Taj had a magnificent tree and presents in the foyer with Christmas lights.They even laid on a Christmas parade with Santa on a motorcycle!! I stayed here for 3 nights just one week before Christmas and I was stunned by how beautiful the festive decorations were in the lobby area. The hotel itself is spacious, beautifully furnished, and the food at the 3 restaurants is excellent. The complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea, and cocktail hour at the Club Lounge was also excellent. The staff were efficient, courteous and always smiling. I would highly recommend this hotel.

If I could give a 1/2 star more, I would. Taj Lands End provides a level or service and comfort that makes arrival to Mumbai effortless. We upgraded to Club Level which provided airport pick up and access to a private breakfast, tea and happy hour lounge. This is an elevated perk. Staff are attentive and food is very good. Our only issue was the strong scent of Jasmine throughout the building. While the scent is lovely in the Lobby we noticed our room was located by a 'scent dispenser' so we smelled it constantly. We will be back!

Room and staff was fine. The hotel was very crowded, did not feel like five star hotel, at best three stars. Breakfast buffet was like a zoo. No proper seating available, had to ask for service several times. Outside the hotel is a big slum on the seaside. No proper place to walk. Hotel staff seems to be unhappy as they mentioned that they are really unhappy with the employer.

This is a really good hotel for it's location, lobby area, and general service. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The only negative I would save was the room had a damp feel in the air, so nothing was ever 100 percent dry.

The hotel is OK. Not a five star level. They are not flexible with anything. They promised early checkin if rooms are available but at checkin they asked us to pay full room rate. General service is good but the hotel is very crowded and we had to ask for service at breakfast. Lobby was crowded most of the time. Rooms were good. General management of hotel for events and catering is fine but they provide vendor list which did not seem trustworthy and expensive.

Beautiful quiet location with ocean views. Staff was very helpful and polite. Rooms are well kept and clean. Good restaurant options and the breakfast was scrumptious. Live music in the restaurant and lobby added a great atmosphere. The green lands end park was a nice place to explore. Enjoyed my stay very much. Thanks.

This is a poor man’s five star hotel. At best 3 star hotel. It is crowded at reception desk. People are yelling on hotel staff as rooms are usually not ready when promised. The breakfast is busy with some service. Staff is helpful and efficient but not enough for number of guests at the restaurant. Feel sorry for the staff as they are constantly running around to keep guests happy. Management does not know how to handle the hotel. I would not recommend staying there. Find a decent 3 star hotel instead. These guys charge a lot of money and try to extract more from you on every step of the way

As always the hotel staff go out of their way to help the customers. Extremely polite and always smiling. Have stayed here many times and is always a pleasure. Will do so again as well. Only thing that let me down this time was a complex , not easy to use television/entertainment in room service- definitely not user friendly
