The hotel refused to let me check in,
Even though the Roma was booked for dual occupancy the hotel didn’t allow my friend to check in.

I have been dealing with Expedia for a long time and this was the most terrible experience. I asked the hotel staff to cancel at the reservation at their end but they clearly refused.
I would like a complete refund of this reservation as I was not even allowed to enter my room.

Really nice property in a tough neighbourhood.
Nice budget hotel in a claustrophobic area, but then which area in Mumbai isnt! The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very well maintained. A little small but very manageable for 1~2 people. However, bfast was horrible. I have never seen a burnt Dosa, but seen it here. The Sambhar was pitiful. No veg restaurants around the hotel.

I requested for WIFI password several times but Did not get it untill i left the hotel. I had asked for late check out while i booked the hotel but was denied by a rude gentlemen at the reception.
