A perfect quiet retreat or to start your next Great Adventure. Kayak the lake, bird watch, fish, and then start a campfire at night under the stars! Nestled in the heart of the Hiawatha National Forest there are many trails for hiking, biking, ATV riding, snowmobiling, waterfalls, and bird watching right outside your front door.

Downtown Munising is a 20-minute drive to local boating, fishing, waterfalls, lighthouses, shopping, restaurants, rock hounding and Pictured Rocks National Lake shore. Perfect getaway for couples, families, and friends. Also in close proximity to downtown Marquette and Grand Marias.

Cabin includes kitchen with utensils, 2-burner stove, toaster oven, microwave, regular coffee maker, and refrigerator. Fully furnished with electricity, running water and a full bathroom. Charcoal Grill, Table, and Kayaks included. Most cell phones work in the area, but great wifi. We are dog friendly. Dirt Roads to Cabin.

Perfect setting for our honeymoon. We were able to enjoy some quiet time on the small lake including plenty of fishing and some kayaking. Perfect location for day trips to the Lake Superior coast.Plenty of great memories to take home w us.

Very clean and amazing place. Just want to let the owners know that a gasket on top of shower might be loose as it was leaky, just FYI as we noticed during our stay. Also, to lock the door back up with key code was difficult at times, not sure of it was just us or what but unlocking was fine. Thank you so much again!

Fishing trip.

This was our first time in the UP. It was beautiful. The house was just the right size for 2 people. My son spent so much time on the lake. I would recommend this place for a nice getaway

Honeymoon

Perfect Getaway

We stayed here right before Christmas and it was perfect. We packed the Xbox to watch our show, groceries and the basics and enjoyed a weekend in together. We did a little adventuring into town, but otherwise enjoyed hanging out together for a weekend It is a bit of a drive in, but the seclusion is nice

The cabin was great and centrally located between waterfalls and Munising. It does have steep steps and rural roads but all of that was clearly disclosed and not an issue for us. We loved the location and quiet.

Beautiful and peaceful

My 4 year old enjoyed his “attic fort” sleeping space and I enjoyed the peaceful serenity. Great for seeing the waterfalls and a nice little get away. Was perfect for what I was trying to achieve!
