"The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel has a great location close to the train station and in walking distance to so many things to do and see in Bern. Very good breakfast and the staff doing the breakfast made sure that we got there in time and had enough food to eat. The AC in the room was not to American standards but for European AC it was good and kept the room comfortable despite the high heat the area was experiencing. Would definitely recommend and stay there again if we travel to Bern."

"Our favorite hotel on a three week vacation. Perfect location to see historic sites, shopping, restaurants, and strolling by the river. Easy access to building and room. Friendly staff and gathering room was fully stocked. Would stay here again and recommending to friends traveling to Bern!"

"Nice modern hotel in a good location next to the Rosengarten. Great view from the rooftop bar over the old town and to the mountains. Friendly helpful staff. Car parking below. Nice size room with good bathroom. The bed was a little too hard for us but otherwise no complaints. Would definitely recommend."

"Great location, close to the Wankdorf station. Room as described, really clever use of the sliding wall to create the space where you need it at that time. Great to have coffee machine and easy access to refills from the main area. Nice to be able to cook our own food. Little supermarkets close by, used the Migrolino on the Sunday when Coop was closed. Would recommend, we had a great stay."

"First of all, the front desk staff are awesome. Super friendly and helpful. But then it starts to get worse. Daily room cleaning manages it to put 1 towel inside for 2 visitors, and manages it to replace 2 towels with 1. Previously, BernAqua was included, now you have to pay. Overall, every year the service is getting lower and lower. Max a 3-star hotel, no free gym available anymore. The quoted prices were over 250 CHF; for that price, I can definitely expect more. We moved for the second part of our stay in Bern to another hotel in the city."

"The hotel is located near the train and town. The rooms were fantastic and the elevator was a fun experience! Even though the hotel dods not have AC, our room was still cool enough with the fans and leaving the windows open at night."
